4.4 Wedding Website and RSVP Data
If you create, preview, export, publish, or share a wedding website through Truelyna, the website may include information that you choose to publish, such as:

- wedding date
- event location
- schedule or timeline
- images
- personal story
- guestbook content
- RSVP details
- other wedding-related content
If RSVP or guest submission features are used, guests may submit information such as names, RSVP responses, messages, dietary preferences, or other details.
4.5 AI Interactions
If you use AI-powered features, we may process:
- prompts
- chat messages
- wedding planning context
- guest-related context you choose to provide
- generated responses
- writing suggestions
- wedding website text
- vows, invitations, thank-you messages, guest messages, timelines, or other generated content
Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information to AI features unless it is necessary for your intended use.

If you purchase a paid plan, subscription, Wedding Pass, add-on, or other paid feature, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
We do not store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on our own servers.

If you use the Free Preview, we may collect the same categories of account, technical, and limited usage data described in this Privacy Policy.
The Free Preview may restrict editing, AI usage, exports, publishing, partner access, premium downloads, or other features.
If you enter personal information during the Free Preview, we may store and process that information to provide the preview functionality, secure the Services, and allow you to continue using Truelyna if you upgrade to a paid plan.

- provide guest management, RSVP, seating chart, guestbook, timeline, budget, moodboard, and wedding website features

- create, preview, host, publish, or export wedding website content
- process payments, subscriptions, Wedding Pass access, and billing status
- provide Free Preview access
- enable Memory Archive functionality
- provide account deletion and data export functionality
- respond to support requests
- send important service-related communications
- send billing, renewal, access, security, or account-related messages
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues
- improve the functionality, reliability, and user experience of the Services

Truelyna may include AI-powered tools, including planning assistance, writing support, timeline suggestions, moodboard-related suggestions, wedding website text generation, vow drafts, guest messages, thank-you notes, invitation text, and similar features.
When you use AI features, relevant content may be sent to AI infrastructure providers or AI model providers to generate responses.
AI providers may include, depending on availability and configuration:
- Lovable AI Gateway
- OpenAI
- Google / Gemini
- other AI infrastructure providers used to provide the Services
Your wedding content is sent to AI providers only as necessary to generate the requested output or provide the AI feature you use.
We do not knowingly use your wedding content or guest data to train public AI models.
Where supported by our providers, we disable or do not permit the use of customer content for training public AI models.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, non-unique, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, printing it, or sharing it with others.
Do not use AI outputs as legal, financial, medical, psychological, relationship, tax, or other professional advice.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The exact provider list may change over time as the Services evolve.

The hosting region for certain services may depend on provider configuration. We aim to use appropriate safeguards where information is processed outside your country of residence.

Wedding planning data is generally retained while your account remains active.
If your paid plan ends, your account may enter Memory Archive mode, where supported. In Memory Archive mode, certain data may remain available in read-only form for as long as your account exists and Truelyna continues to offer archive functionality.
Memory Archive data may include:
- guest lists
- budgets
- timelines
- seating plans
- moodboards
- guestbook entries
- wedding website content
- AI-generated drafts
- uploaded files
- exports or generated materials
If you delete your account, we may delete or permanently disable access to your account, wedding planning data, guest data, partner access, wedding websites, RSVP responses, guestbook entries, uploaded files, AI drafts, and related materials, subject to legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, backup, and technical retention requirements.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for:
- legal compliance
- tax and accounting obligations
- fraud prevention
- security
- dispute resolution
- backup restoration
- enforcement of our Terms of Service
Local data stored on your own device may remain on that device until you delete it, clear local storage, uninstall the app, or remove it through available app functions.

14. Public Wedding Websites
If you publish or share a wedding website, certain information you choose to include may become visible to guests or other people who receive the link.
You are responsible for reviewing all wedding website content before publishing or sharing it.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish information, images, guest details, messages, or other content on a wedding website.
Public wedding websites may be indexed, copied, saved, screenshotted, shared, or accessed by people who receive the link, depending on your settings and how you share the website.
After a paid plan ends, public wedding websites may be limited, disabled, unpublished, or placed into a read-only or archive mode where supported.
RSVP collection and interactive guest submissions may be disabled after the RSVP deadline, after the wedding date, after paid access ends, when your account enters Memory Archive mode, or where required for security, abuse prevention, privacy, or legal reasons.
15. Guest Data and Partner Access
If you invite a partner to your wedding workspace, that partner may be able to view, manage, edit, export, or access wedding planning data depending on your plan, permissions, and account status.
You and your invited partner are responsible for how you jointly manage wedding data inside your workspace.
Truelyna is not responsible for disputes between partners, family members, guests, vendors, or other individuals regarding wedding data, access rights, deletion, publication, or exports.
16. Cookies, Local Storage, and Tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage technologies necessary for authentication, security, app functionality, offline support, and service performance.
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not use third-party advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or tracking cookies for behavioral advertising.
If we introduce analytics, marketing pixels, or non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, request consent before using such technologies.
17. Facebook and Instagram Advertising
We may advertise Truelyna on third-party advertising platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, retargeting pixels, or advertising cookies on our website.
